In 2020 the theme of Into The Great Wide Open was 'Critical mass'. How do loners cause movement? And when does a movement weigh heavily enough to bring about a change? Around these questions we have created this magazine extraordinaire, with almost one hundred-and-fifty pages full of prose about old postcards of Vlieland, essays by several artists and interviews with unlikely activists. Plus a collage by Spinvis, an article about the black roots of Dutch hip-hop, the highlights of the Kolderkrant, a photo series of the places where stages normally take place, stimulating illustrations and much more!
